Welcome to The Tiffany Towers complex.  A very-well run building with excellent service. 

This unit faces North-West and is flooded with light, which you notice immediately upon entry.  

The entrance vestibule features a mirrored coffered ceiling and large coat closet

You walk into the open concept living/dining room with beautiful crown mouldings, pristine parquetry floors and patio doors leading to the approximately 30’ long wrap-around balcony. There’s plenty of space for outdoor seating and dining while looking at the sunset.

The kitchen was renovated in 2011 with new cabinet doors, granite countertops, tile backsplash, and new stainless-steel appliances. A table for 4 fits easily in the dinette area. There’s a ton of storage and a closet with side-by-side washer/dryer. Very convenient. 

The primary bedroom is at the rear of the hall and features parquetry flooring, a walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower.
